We offer FREE* delivery on all New Zealand orders over $150.00 It means we will ship your items FREE* of charge anywhere in New Zealand, if you spend $150.00 or more. For smaller purchases, we charge a small flat shipping fee of $10.99.

BUGABOO PRODUCTS
All Bugaboo products (unless stated) are shipped directly to the customer from Bugaboo warehouse, standard delivery time is approx 4-6 weeks, there can be delays out of our control on these products.
Please note we are unable to accept returns or refunds on Bugaboo products as we order in specifically for you.
We also ship internationally – anywhere in the World and offer express delivery on orders to Australia! Please refer to our chart table above for full delivery info.
All our items within NZ are shipped via trusted fully trackable couriers. It means we can track a progress of your delivery all the way while in transit. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will investigate it for you. We take no responsibility for late delivery of items once they are within the shipping network. If you would like express delivery on an order please contact us directly to endure you receive it in time.
If you choose an untracked shipping we take no responsibility for late or missing items.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed and payment has been processed. We will send you your unique order number, please save it and quote it each time you contact us regarding your purchase. The delivery time depends on your location and unique carrier guidelines. If you think your item might be delayed or lost in the post, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist you and track your order. We are unable to take any responsibility for late delivery of items once they are within the shipping network.
30 Day Returns Policy
Need to exchange your item for a different size or color? No problem – we have substantial 30 Day Returns Policy on all online orders! It means you can return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange within 30 days from purchase. All we ask for is that items are still in original condition, un-worn, un-washed and in restockable state.
