30 Days Returns Policy

We have 30 Days Return Policy.

This means you can return your item within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
If you change your mind, we are happy to offer you a full refund in form of a store credit.
If item received is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item that has been used in any way breaches our 30 Day Returns policy and we reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange request.

Contact us with your request

Please contact us within 30 days from purchase, if you would like to return your item. We will require your full name and order number when processing your request, so please include these when corresponding with us. If your order qualifies for a refund or exchange, we will give you further instructions. We reserve the right to refuse your request if we haven’t had any prior correspondence before receiving your return item(s). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You, as a buyer, are responsible for shipping costs when returning your items to us. We advise to send returns package via fully trackable courier or purchase a shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any orders going missing in the post. Please wrap items securely and include all the original tags, packaging and order confirmation, if applicable, when returning your products.

We will notify as soon as your return items arrive and process your refund / exchange request within 24 hours. If you qualify for a refund, we will credit the amount to your original method of payment. If you opted for an exchange, we will send you required item to your original delivery address. In the case of your exchanged item exceeding the value of original purchase, we will contact you to cover the difference before sending the item out.

For change of mind returns we will generate a store credit to be used online, and will send the details on this to you.

Late refunds, Sale Items and Gifts

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at classicalchild@classicalchild.nz 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We will accept returns on sale items but refund is by way of voucher only.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
