This was the one outdoor toy we took on our summer holiday overseas this year, and I'm so glad we did. The straps on my bag have frayed I contacted classical child back in August letting them know and they replied saying it is still under warranty so they will send me a new one. 3 months later I have not received a new bag and they have know stopped replying my my emails. 3 stars it’s a awesome bag but customer service is poor
