I ordered this on 31 August. The item never showed up, and I've had no response from the business to multiple emails & messages requesting an explanation. It's now 15 October, I've had to get my bank to step in to arrange a refund. It's been a massive waste of my time and energy. Obviously I would be giving a zero star review if I could.
I love the colour and the feel of this bowl. It sticks well to our babies high chair but then is easy to remove and washing it is so easy! I just wish it came in a smaller size as well because our 10 month is not having big portions yet and once she’s pushed the food round a bit it’s all spread out and makes it harder to pick up. I was also disappointed with how long it took to arrive given that shipping costs were a little more than some other online orders I’ve made elsewhere. But I do think this will be a great product once our bubba is a little bit older!
I am still awaiting a refund for an item i never received, and have heard nothing from Classical Child, despite numerous attempts at making contact. I do not recommend buying anything from this website.
